How PAL Option Delimiter Guard handles data.

Data processed

The app uses read_products to read product IDs, titles, vendor values, tags, handles, description HTML, variant titles, SKUs, barcodes, prices, compare-at prices, and selected option values needed for its catalog QA checks. It also processes your shop domain and authentication session records. It does not request customer or order records.

Purpose and storage

Catalog fields are processed on request to generate read-only findings and CSV worklists. Product catalog content and findings are not stored in the app database. Authentication sessions and tokens are stored only to maintain the Shopify connection.

Retention and deletion

Session records are deleted on authenticated app/uninstalled and shop/redact webhooks. Customer data-request and redaction webhooks are authenticated and acknowledged; this app stores no customer records to export or erase.

Sharing and contact

We do not sell merchant data. Hosting and database providers process data necessary to run the app. Contact practicalai_lab_jp@proton.me for privacy questions or deletion assistance.
